My staff and I have worked on many projects with Tyler and Cohen Construction Company over the years. A brand new farmers market, Concession stands/press box, bathrooms and other large improvement projects have been a huge help to not only the Village but our youth sports programs. Cohen Construction & Tyler Christian have been a blessing to my family. Our home was destroyed by strong winds in April. After months of dealing with another company and getting nowhere, we were recommended to Tyler. We have been very pleased. The crew was professional, friendly and trustworthy. Cohen Construction remodeled our kitchen. Tyler helped us through every step of the way. He helped us with finding options that helped us meet our budget and gave us ideas to make the kitchen have a better work flow. They did a beautiful job on the kitchen. The crew was always respectful and were on time. Their communication was amazing. If they were going to be late, or not come on a particular day, I knew about it up front. I never had to call to find out where they were or what the plan is. When they left at the end of each day, they completely cleaned up, including running a shop vac, so we didn't track anything thru the house.

They arrived on time every single day and kept the project on schedule without any delays. I worked with Tyler and his team in early 2022 on a renovation property that would become my family’s first home. Cohen Construction made the process incredibly easy for us as first-time homeowners.
